3rd attempt for a comeback lets hope it succeeds this time

Hey everybody, ive been gone for a long time, i hope somebody still watches me, else my writing will be in vain. I would like to say happy new year for not only the year 2009 but also the year of 2008 cause i havent written a single thing in about 2 years. I would like to point out some kind of political issue, which is in my opinion incorrect and would like to know what you think about it. There is a rule in the netherlands that if a civillian wants an item to be discussed in politics he or she needs t get a petition signed for 40,000 times together with the issue he or she wants to discuss.
